- How long does a Rodela take to make?
- Each design is produced to order. The lead time and estimated delivery window are shown on every product page before you add to cart.
- Can I customize a design?
- No. Only the options approved for that product — such as an approved background color — can be selected. Custom artwork, text and numbers are not available.
- Why do some designs disappear?
- Designs are published only while their licensing approval is active. If an approval lapses, the design is removed until it is renewed.
- How do returns work?
- Unworn Rodelas can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Start a return by contacting support with your order details.
- Who fulfills my order?
- StandOut manufactures, quality checks and ships every Rodela, and handles warranty and replacement claims.
- Can I order internationally?
- Available shipping destinations are confirmed at checkout once StandOut activates order processing.
