Returns

Contact support with your order number and the design name. You will receive return instructions and a shipping label where applicable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item passes inspection. Original shipping is refunded only for damaged or incorrect items.

Report a damaged or incorrect Rodela within seven days of delivery and StandOut will replace it at no cost.

Worn Rodelas and items returned after 30 days are not eligible. Designs are made to order and cannot be altered after purchase.
